Ingredients recommended: PVC(SG-5#): 100; TK- 218: 2.5-4.0; CPE: 3.0-5.0;

           ACR-401: 0-1.5; CaCO₃(active): 30.0-80.0; TiO₂: 1.0-2.0; Lubricants: proper

Note: the amount that TK-218 will be used is decided  by ingredients and the state of extrusion machine.

     TK-218 is dust-free compound pb stabilizers extruded under twin or single screws used by PVC-U drainage pipes, acting as a stabilizer besides lubricant of preferable rheological property.

     TK-218 dust-free compound Pb stabilizer is superior in comprehensive stability and processing performance. It can be widely used by drainpipesfoam pipeselectriacal insulation conduits and fittings electrical troughs. TK-218 which is superior than TK-208 and TK-028A in total property is due to having more stabilizer and lubricant. 

    With TK-218 high and stable produce speed, constant dimensions can be attained and smooth inner and outer surfaces, superior temperature variation endurance and high intensity can also be assured.

Composite Temperature: hot composite 120±2°C, cold composite ≤40°C.

Package: compound bag with inner plastic woven bag and film adhered outside.

Net weight: 25.0kg for each bag. Any change on package can be made if required.

Storage & Transportation: stored according to the requirements for non-flammable goods and kept free from moisture, avoid immediate contact with acid,  alkali and food.
