ACR-401: 1.5-2.5; CaCO₃(active): 8.0-10.0; TiO₂: 3.0-5.0; Lubricants: proper.

Note: the amount that TK-248 will be used is decided by ingredients and the state of extrusion machine, ordinary 4.0 per is more enough.

TK-248 is special dust-free compound pb stabilizer used in makingPVC profiles(such as plastic doors and windows). The integration of cooperative stabilizers and lubricants and the unique ingredients design and raw material decision are contributed to its superior comprehensive stability and processing performance.

With it, separetod material can be reduced by a wide margin in mouth-model and stable dimensions can be attained. Moreover variation and strong lightthe excellent function of second process and high angle intensity.

Composite temperature: hot composite 120±2°C, cold composite ≤40°C.
